- The calendar was constructed to allow a one-week mid-term break in Term 1, a mid-term break in Term 2 (to include the Lunar New Year holiday), a 3-week break at Christmas, and a 2-week break at Easter; the year ends on 27 June 2025.
- The start date for 2025/2026 is shown for indication only. ESF recommends individuals and families avoid making travel plans for August 2025 until the school start date and back-to-school dates are confirmed.
- CPD days have been confirmed as 12 August 2024, 13 August 2024, 21 September 2024, 3 February 2025 and May 2, 2025.
